This information presents a connection seen earlier in the previous page regarding the ancient Egyptian Akhenaton, with modern proposals by astronomers, astrologers, gnostic and hermetic science groups to validate their positions in the New Age of Aquarius. As seen in the full length star chart below (scroll to the right to view it all) is the bright red outline of the very large constellation called Ophiuchus (oh-fee-U-kus), the Serpent Bearer. As you can plainly see it is north of the bright green line, which represents the ecliptic, the path of the sun through the 12 archetype asterisms or constellations.
Ophiuchus, a decan of Scorpius, does spend as much time with the sun on the ecliptic, as does Scorpius. Both are on the same real estate. The only difference is that Ophiuchus, is not in the natural southernly path of the 12 major constellations of the Zodiac like Scorpius. Ophiuchus is well above this path and it would be very awkward to promote it as part of the natural universal precession or wave that the archetype twelve constellations have on their circuit along the ecliptic. Can the time that Ophiuchus spends on the ecliptic determine or merit it to be called the thirteenth archetype constellation of the Zodiac? If so, maybe we should count Virgo twice, since it is on the ecliptic the longest. Therefore, Aries which does not even touch the ecliptic should not be counted at all. There has always been twelve archetype symbols or asterism, from prehistoric times well before the occult groups misunderstood them or modern science changed them. It is even clarified in the definition of the Zodiac.
In modern times names and groupings are only accepted by professional astronomers, if they have the approval of the International Astronomical Union (IAU). Modern astronomers define a constellation as a particular region of the sky, often enclosing the "figure" that may first have been noticed millennia ago. These designated regions of the celestial sphere are like states or countries on a map; every portion of the sky is now said to belong within a particular constellation. Because the constellations have been reconfigured in modern times, some stars and deep-sky objects that were once placed in one constellation are now in another. According to "The Audubon Society Field Guide to the Night Sky," published by Alfred A. Knopf, Inc. 1991-1992, which is a text book on astronomy. This source never comments on the existence of thirteen constellations, nor makes mention of Ophiuchus as one of the twelve. It does mention the International Astronomical Union (IAU) and it's role in astronomical naming standards, and does present the 88 constellations in a mapped format. Astronomers tried to settle this problem in 1930 when the International Astronomical Union (IAU) laid out the official constellation boundaries, and published a set of specifications. Thus the redrawing of the boundaries added a constellation to the zodiac, according only to the official modern constellation boundaries that all astronomers use. Therefore initiating the claim that the sun passes through 13 constellations, instead of the original 12 archetypes. This "thirteenth constellation" of the zodiac was declared to be Ophiuchus, the Serpent Bearer, in the news in the late 1990's.
The modern changing from twelve to thirteen is probably an innocent justification of an outdated system used by astrologers. Although one could compare it to the level of the ancient Egyptians who for two thousand years when the equinox was in the age of Taurus, the Pharaohs worshipped the Apis Bull and at the rule of opposites the Pharaoh's wife wore a boldly erect scorpion on her headdress. During this age the Egyptians lost the art of predicting the equinoctial floods, so their priest fell into idolatry. They even considered the scorpion (Scorpius) as an unpleasant animal, so interned replaced it with the scarab beetle, which is one of the configurations of Cancer, the crab. Of course this was justified in their minds, although the ancient text and the meaning of the words are still scorpion/ crab oriented. As we all know eventually the story of Joseph and of Moses was a result of individuals that turned the Egyptians world around because they could no longer distinguish the original truth (the meaning of the twelve archetype symbols). Is modern science and the New Agers of Aquarius making the same mistake? Those who prefer the goods of this world to spiritual research are lost. We must learn to live with our past as it is, and not as we would like it to have been.
Recent attempts by modern science in creating a "thirteenth" constellation of the Zodiac, the Ophiuchus, has created a great rift with modern astrologers, who if they accept it, could not justify why their charts are so out of alignment with the real world. Ophiuchus, the Serpent Bearer, has the sun in front of its stars during the first half of December. Also of interest is that one person in twenty is an "Ophiuchus." This creates quite a dilemma for the astrologer to explain why all the "Signs of the Zodiac" are off by about one month, resulting in inaccuracy of their horoscope charting. As it will for anyone who uses it to forecast or predict the future in that manner. The "sun sign," system has been out of kilter for the past few thousand years. Thus all those who believe they were born under a certain astrological sun sign, may not realize that it is not possible. When the Babylonians chose the twelve equally spaced "signs," each 30 degrees wide, even then they only approximately coincided with the constellations as to views of astronomers today. As seen in the 1990's the sun, due to the precession of the equinoxes, has shifted to be two constellations off of its original position claimed by the Babylonian astrologers of 5th century B.C. This makes perfect sense to me, since God never intended the 12 archetype symbols or asterisms to be used for that purpose any way.
The dates in the following table represent 1985 through 1992, and the dates can flutuate by a day from year to year. As you can see that even with the differences caused by the precession, the chronological time of the twelve archetype symbols or asterism still comply, with or without Ophiuchus.
Above the constellation Scorpius, we have Ophiuchus who is identified as Asclepius, a legendary physician known as the god of medicine. It is said that Hippocrates, the famous Greek physician and the father of medicine, was his 15th grandson. According to legend, one day Asclepius killed a snake, but to his surprise another snake arrived and revived its companion with herbs. This is how Asclepius learned of the medicinal powers of plants. Snakes have long been associated with the medical arts; the symbol of the medical profession is the caduceus, a staff entwined with serpents. Caduceus was a herald's wand or staff, especially in ancient times. In Greek Mythology a winged staff with two serpents twined around it, carried by Hermes. An insignia modeled on Hermes' staff and used as the symbol of the medical profession [Latin caduceus, alteration of Greek karukeion, from karux, herald]. As his medical skills grew, Asclepius even learned to revive the dead. This knowledge worried Hades (Roman, Pluto), god of the underworld, who feared that his domain would not receive any new souls. Hades persuaded his brother Zeus to kill Asclepius with a thunderbolt and to decree all mortals must one day die. Zeus did strike Asclepius dead, but to his honor his skills as a healer Zeus placed Asclepius in the sky with his serpents. From the Arabic Ophiuchus we go to the Greek Aesculapius, who was a favorite of the Greek gods, a son of Apollo. Homer described him as a god-man, which suggests Nimrod. According to Greek mythology, he was a healer: he cured the sick, and was reported to have brought the dead back to life by means of blood taken from the side of the goddess of justice which is the Libra connection in this chapter. He is called the "Physician," "The Desired One," "The Health-Giver," the "Universal Remedy." He finally suffered death from the lightnings of heaven, but was raised from death to glory through the influence of his father, Apollo.
The coming Savior of the world is revealed, as the Great Physician who cures various diseases, who brings life out of death by blood taken from the side of the goddess of justice.

I stand here, weeping for my country.
Where is the country I grew up in? Where are the jobs? Where is the faithfulness of a grateful nation. One Nation United?
Honesty, Integrity, faithfulness, honor, respect for all kind?
We the People......................WE THE People.................We are the people...........are we full of anything worth saving?
1. Find healthy food (DEMAND REFORM)
2. Return to your faith, whatever that may be
3. Throw away all your pills. (yes, all of them! Western Medicine does not cure you, only addicts you to harmful chemicals that hurt you)
4. DEMAND equality in health care, all available health professionals should be allowed to practice medicine. This includes, herbalists, natural healers, chinnese medicine, Shamans, and whatever.
5. If doctors do not know how to correctly diagnose and cure, do not keep them as licensed health care professionals! First do no Harm
6. OUtlaw all drugs. Do not support these proven killers with tax dollars.
7 . Give WE THE People more choices in health care. Drugs are not the answer. They are the problem in America. And we are infecting the whole world with our harmful chemicals that are a poor and harmful copy of what God has given us for our health and wellbeing.
8. Clean up our food! Remove all the harmful chemicals, additives, hormones, antibiotics and GMO vegetables. Our people are starving because there is no food fit for human consumption in our stores. There is more nutrition in the cardboard! This is a sorry state we have fallen into.
If you want to live..................read, learn............grow healthy food and stay as far away from Doctors who only push drugs for big business as you can. They do not even offer you a cure for anything anymore. They do not posess the skills to diagnose and treat illness.
They only treat symptums. They listen to the big pharma companies and prescribe harmful chemicals to pacify our weak, pathetic need to be drugged into a stupper.
I am poor.
I am ill.
I will not eat anything that comes in a box or that has been processed.
It cost too much to find meat that is free of harmful chemicals, hormones, antibiotics and feed that is not fit for the animals to consume. Do not feed it to your families anymore, if you want to live, be healthy, energetic and vigerous. Find clean, healthy whole grain foods and fresh vegatable that are grown organically and without genetically altering the genes of the plants.
There is warnings in the good book not to alter our plants, yet we are. We are in danger of releasing these GMO's into the ecosystem and distroying this planets ability to sustain life.
SPEAK UP NOW .......................It may already be too late to save mankind.
Just because a scientist CAN do something, does not mean they SHOULD do it!
I was working on our Cancer Education 'hotline' when the call came in and I actually saved a life. I wrote up the story and sent it to CNN. As I expected, they did not think it 'news worthy'. What do you think?

Dear brother, we're invited!
A few months back you went home to God after not receiving adequate healthcare coverage for years. During your brief time with us you touched the hearts of family, friends, professors, and community members alike. I thought that no longer in this Earthly life would I again share laughter and tears with you that only a loved one can, the trust that only a best friend can, and the memories - old and new alike - that only a brother can.
But then I came across our last picture together. Standing against a bright backdrop of the colorful mall lights under a clear night sky, smiling and teaming up as only we could for that photograph -- for that timeless Heavenly moment -- who knew we'd be standing there together to give me an image of hope for the rest of my life?
I think you knew. Because you were so sincere in that moment. I can see it in your eyes now, I felt it in your presence then, and I hear it from our shared history -- and into our future as it unfolds with every new tick of the clock. (You jerk, you should've told me that you were done posing for pictures ;)!)
You always had a clever of doing big things. But this time you've really outdone yourself! You have allowed us to fulfill our childhood dream: of working as a team on something worthy, something noble, something divinely humanitarian; a dream of making a real difference.
Thanks for being my partner then, now, and always. I can almost hear you walking next to me as I campaign - one step at a time. Growing up, I always imagined we'd actually be able to chest-bump or high-five to celebrate each little victory. But if God has had a higher calling for you all along -- to make you part of my guiding light itself -- well, then I just have to wipe my tears away, smile, and march forward with your silent determination! Under the shadow of our captain: God himself :).
So: Did you hear? We're invited! Let's go.
My brother in humanity, Let's go!
PLEASE TAX SODA!

At my school we have a few people who refuse to support you. I always confuse them by asking them why that don't supprt and I make them give me a reason why they don't support and then I give them a bunch of facts and stuff about the war or the recession and then they might just ignore me or look confused, or just say whatever. I have changed the mind of many and my goal isn't a number like 5 per week, it is EVERYONE.

Why We Are Losing the War on Drugs What an honor and privilege as an American foreign exchange student to travel to Mexico summer last and be hosted by a family who just happened to be prosecuting attorneys for the Republic of Mexico. “Mexican Tomatoes Served at Mc Donald’s Tainted with Deadly Amoebas” was the headline news June 2008, that pushed slice Mexican green tomatoes to the top of the chart as the most popular vegetable served at dinner tables across Mexico, “Please may I have some more tainted Mexican Sliced Green Tomatoes” or please “pass the amoebas” was the kick start of many conversations around my host families dinner table that beg the question, why does the U.S. blame Mexico for their own drug problem? Could it be, scientific data that falsify accused the Mexican people of tainted green tomatoes points to the cause of losing the war on drugs? Statistics from credible source documents (we must reference this statement because our electronic Federal libraries are corrupted with falsified statistical data by scientist, and academia) show the greatest American mortality spike on American lives was a period between 2000 and 2004 which is the highest spike in any war sense World War II including the Korean and Vietnam wars with an estimated 88,000 lives actually lost on American soil, tracked to the illegal sale and distribution of Vioxx, a designer drug that never did anything for pain of help any disease. Consequently, how can we win the War on Drugs if billions of Federal Dollars are wasted on domestic surveillance to track the victims instead of the Source ? The American Drug Enforcement Agency high tech surveillance equipment including a whole squadron of new DEA surveillance helicopters and aircraft loaded with sophisticated surveillance equipment has proved to be so accurate and dependable, even the FBI recently used these Federal resources to track a Yale Lab Technician for the sole purpose of making him sweat, even though the FBI already knew his exact location. According to the Media, DEA surveillance resources were used last week to make a Yale criminal suspect “sweat,” by DEA tracking hoping he would confess to the crime by intimidation instead of arrest and interrogation. Why are these Federal dollars being wasted when water boarding has been approved by academics at the George Washington University to be humane and more cost effective? Most importantly, if the billions of Federal Dollars wasted on domestic surveillance were redirected to track criminals that falsify drug scientific data for profit who caused the deaths of thousands of Americans on American soil by the distribution and sale of a deadly drug such as VIOXX, we would be winning “the war on drugs” that has already cost the first casualties on American soil, some 88,000 deaths. Maybe we should track these criminals every move using the new DEA’s aerospace surveillance equipment, and make them sweat- so they never do this to another American again. Contact your congressional representative for a more open and decisive plan on the “war on drugs” before we have another loss of American lives on American Soil- Billions of Federal dollars wasted for domestic surveillance that can only report the destruction and never predict or stop a single criminal act. Of course, we can always fall back on the traditional American resolve and continue to point the finger at Mexico! Let me tell you from my own experiences around Mexican dinner tables, they are pointing a big finger high in the air at US

This is the first time I've heard of a representative of the law enforcement agencies involved speaking publically on the matter (with exception to the San Diego District Attorney.) Once again I'm hearing the same lie that the City of San Diego is spreading to the citizens and performing horrific illegal acts based upon: District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis claims that the collectives, co-ops and other medical cannabis organizations are illegal, profiteering criminals and not legal medical cannabis patients nor are they caregivers to their fellow legal medical cannabis patients.
I am a legal, medical cannabis patient. As such, I am a member of a few collectives, but most active in one called the Beneficial Care Collective. I do not receive any pay for my work, my only reward is being able to share my feelings, thoughts, expierences and medical treatment stories with my fellow patients. The Beneficial Care Collective was raided and shut down by armed forces on 9/9/2009, a patient that I consider a friend and fellow caregiver was wrongly arrested and the medication was illegally stolen by the City of San Diego.
Here is another report/ piece of insight on the situation currently going on in San Diego, California:

Abortion in the Health Care Reform Bill: Who is telling the truth?
Me, too.
Just think...
As disabled or elderly folks, we can't always do everything we'd like - or need - to do for our critters. If we lived in a community of other animal lovers, we would have neighbors who understood our plight and could help us. Conversely, we could help them when they need it.
That's what community is all about.
Wouldn't it be great to know that, if you had to go in the hosptal, or just caught a bad cold and needed to rest for a few days, that there would be someone close by who is familiar with the care and feeding of your pets?
1. Those who have private health insurance; keep it. 2. Those who don’t have private health insurance but can afford it based on income after taxes but excluding house payments, cars, etc; tough. You shouldn’t live beyond your means. 3. Those who don’t have private coverage because they can’t afford it would get it via the government similar to what gov’t workers get with payments they can afford or none at all if they just can’t pay. This is through a private company; just subsidized by the feds. They can opt out for private coverage when they get on their feet. 4. Those who aren’t covered because they’re poor and not doing anything about it or having more and more kids would be limited to coverage for a max of 2 kids. If they can’t provide for their other kids, the children are taken into protective custody and the parents are charged with criminal neglect. 5. Government does not decide what treatments any gets; only physicians would do that. 6. Minimal insurance coverage (like liability for autos) would be required for all but monthly/semi-annual premiums would be capped so not to be excessive. 7. No denial of service due to pre-existing conditions. A higher premium would probably be necessary however. 8. Smokers and the obese are not covered except for programs designed to quit smoking and lose weight. Too great a burden on the system to cover these slow-cook suicides. 9. No coverage for abortion procedures except in the case of rape, incest, or life of the mother. (don’t agree? Don’t pay your taxes) 10. benefits only extend to US Citizens and legal permanent residents who are employed and, therefore, paying taxes (and into the system) 11. Emergency rooms no longer required to treat everyone for everything. If it can wait until morning (headache, moderate fever, etc) it will. No more “Dollar Store” medicine via the ER. 12. Small tax on refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup. 13. Maximum 1-year patent on new drugs. 14. Gigantic grant for cures to shift R&D from treatment to prevention by big pharmaceuticals. 15. Provision allowing for possible co-ops.
Dear President Obama and Congress:
Do NOT CAVE and GIVE UP the Public Option. Please Be Strong. So many will be disappointed, and perhaps even worse die without this reform. Please stand up for what you believe in, as do so many Americans, Canadians, and British. Health Care Affordability and Access is as important a human right as is Freedom of Speech and Religion. Of course any reform will be better than none; however, we need big change to fight greed and corruption, as well as ensure quality. We need preventative medicine and stress reduction to be the new focus and health care. Current “Sick Care” is to “Preventative Medicine as “Regular Car Maintenance” is to “waiting till your car breaks down, costing much more money and damage.
Health Care Affordability and Access is as important a HUMAN RIGHT as is Freedom of Speech and Religion! Of course any reform will be better than None; however, we need big change to stop the corruption and greed. We need preventative medacine and stress reduction to be the new focus of health care. It is the difference between getting your car maintatenanced vs. waiting until it stops running to get it fixed for a much higher cost. Pre-existing clauses is why many even wealthy self-employed or underinsured persons cannot get health insurance. Obviously it is not just the dirt poor, disabled, or unemployed suffering, but all the ones WHO Make this great nation go round!
Is it true Medicaid will be expanded to include all people who are under the 133% Poverty line? I am NOT Pregnant Adult Too disabled too work. Won SSI back in 2006. Now that husband left, and I have no income, cannot even drive, I have no health coverage. SSI made me start from scratch all over again. Totally a nightmare, unless it is true that all poor folks, esp. the ones waiting for SSI approval, who I call America’s Forgotten get Medicaid. Current Law in Texas Medicaid only helps kids, the pregnant, those already with SSI approval, and those with rare forms of breast and cervical cancer. Most Americans do not know that not everyone really poor can get Medicaid who needs it. verage either. SSA made me start from scratch all over again. Totally a nightmare, unless this is true that all poor folks, esp. the once waiting for medical SSI Approval, cho I call America's Forgotten get Medicaid. Current lawn in TX Medicaid only helps kids, the pregnant, those already approved for SSI, and those with rare forms of breast/cervical cancer. Most Americans do not know this. Not every state offers medicaid to anyone who needs it.
“Of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health care is the most shocking and inhumane”. - Martin Luther King, Jr
It is the moral decent human thing to do, that's why! Pass this bill Now!
Didn't the insurance companies spend over 15 billion dollars in 1994, in negative add campaigns, to kill reform to our health insurance system? I wonder how much they are spending this time?
Colossians 2:8
See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.
Myself and Millions of Fellow Americans are counting on YOU to make the difference!
"We had to struggle with the old enemies of peace: business and financial monopoly, speculation, reckless banking, class antagonism, sectionalism, war profiteering," President Franklin Roosevelt told an audience in Madison Square Garden in 1936. "They had begun to consider the Government of the United States as a mere appendage to their own affairs. We know now that Government by organized money is just as dangerous as Government by organized mob. Never before in all our history have these forces been so united against one candidate as they stand today. They are unanimous in their hate for me and I welcome their hatred."
Currently Americans oppose health care reform for only two reasons: 1) they and their opinions are entirely beholden to propaganda and as a result they remain ignorant and afraid of the facts or 2) they have a financial stake in the status quo and are actively involved in spreading the fear and propaganda that keeps the others beholden.
If the so-called Blue Dogs, or the President himself, fail to bring about believable health care reform -- publicly funded universal health care comparable to any provided by the remainder of the industrialized world -- then we must find candidates and individuals who are not afraid.
I am writing this somewhat wordy but pragmatic letter and hope it gets in the hands of someone who can make a clear evaluation and find it helpful or at the least noted as to one perspective to the current Health Care Debacle taking place and under careful consideration, could actually prove very beneficial and part of the future solution. I feel the Democrats are out to make a clear change for the good of the country and the Obama Administration is shaping up to be the best Administration I believe I have seen in my lifetime; however is having a clearly difficult struggle battling the concerns over healthcare. I voted for Obama and even made a contribution to the campaign which was the first time in my life to do so because I believe in his overall vision for the country. Currently I live in Tokyo, Japan, and am exposed to a very different healthcare system as well as have many friends from other developed nations who have socialized medicine, i.e. England, Canada, Australia, etc. I have had various debates and have a good understanding of these systems from the standpoint of their basic citizens and the rights thereof from these systems. Of all the countries, Japan has the most hybrid system between socialized medicine and our current system; however would not be a good political strategy to mention as a talking point. Actually these ideas should be applied as original ideas from the Obama administration to the public and will close this healthcare debate once and for all.
To get directly to my point, I feel the Democrats are doing what they always do, bring a good idea to the table (bring the right idea to the table) but back down based on pole numbers and a clearly, historically based fact, of not managing the emotions of the populous. With that being said, I feel many of Americas fears are superficial in nature and may not address a simple premise of government spending, influence and size. I pose the question, “if you add something, you take something away”, such as adding a public option and taking away the obviously broken, inefficient and burdensome Medicare system. This would have an overwhelmingly favorable impact on republicans and the right compromise with democrats and the masses of people who are looking for that right tax cut would be dancing in the streets. I understand we will be cutting a huge tax generator for the government but we will also cut off and stop the hemorrhaging of a government appendage that is infecting everyone as a whole. It is possible to subsidize those in the current system with the public option, under some “special program” and the democratic party has 3 years to win the Medicare constituency over, plus everyone will be satisfied to know they are not contributing to a possible other welfare system and the welfare system of others, and everyone can take care of themselves. The revenue generated in the public option should closely account for the loss of cutting the program, especially if there is a system where it is an availability for every small business, and for those who may not necessarily be able to purchase the public option program all the time can still fall under a special subsidization program under the public option program but maybe with premium adjustments in time. There could be grandfather clauses to alleviate the “the government is trying to pull the plug on granny“ debate. In order to offset the loss in tax revenue, include a tax incentive for those who have proof of insurance for the tax year and be adjusted accordingly if that is a concern with a favorable adjustment for those who do and an unfavorable adjustment for those who don’t; however if it is going broke it may be best just to cut the losses on it. The IRS has the people and infrastructure and can also be included in the debate to validate proof of insurance. That last point is a little complicated to wrap your head around but could make huge in rows in appealing to those who don’t like any of the current systems, who don’t like picking up the tab from one average American to another and don’t see a clear solution. I feel confident that in 3 years the Administration can satisfy its Medicare constituency and its proponents and this type of drastic change will, and I emphasize WILL, have a huge favorable reaction with the American populous as a whole.
As an additional selling point, Americans should be able to “double down” on their health insurance and drastic changes need to be set in motion as to insurance regulation reform. This is a version of the Clinton play book in areas such as telecom, etc; which WILL be good for the health insurance industry, and everyone as a whole and would probably have them off the governments back for a while because they will be too busy creating/selling and purchasing new products and helping to “stimulate the economy” in many many ways. This is not a non-manageable endeavor, just a little unorthodox. That is one good point about Japan’s current healthcare system, to include insurance products such as hospitalization and rehabilitation remuneration, double coverage, etc. People, in general, like to know they can get something back when paying so much into a system that does just that and actually make some money in the event of such a challenging time in their life and this adds a great since of security and satisfaction in those moments. By the way, this is a homerun idea that will leave a lasting hurt on the republican party and brand because everyone benefits as a whole but carries some of their self-reliance and capitalistic ideals. To add to this point and to expound on the “pre-existing” condition problem of the current system, legislation should also include a wide range of other procedures that are deemed not a necessity and allow coverage of these programs at a price to include allowing the private sector to compete for these dollars and to compensate for the losses they will be incurring with having to cover pre-existing conditions. This could even include aesthetic procedures with a regulatory consultation practice. Deregulating that industry but with the right quality of care in the minds of everyone involved is good for everyone. Personally, I don’t like the whole system but these are the right decisions for everyone as a whole.
I don’t quite agree with this but also monetary penalties could be put in place and deemed necessary by the doctor in the advent of non-life threatening problems clogging the emergency room system. A doctor is qualified to make that decision and should, which would help all commercial entities in the system and help the system as a whole in this day and age in curbing the mass influx of those who use the system. On another point with that debate, people have to work and can’t afford to lose a day’s work when their child has the flu and they sacrifice their sleep and wellness in order to go to work the next day but ensure their child is seen, diagnosed and put on the right treatment regimen. With that being said, maybe a system that rewards afterhours care facilities should be looked at such as a tiered payment system by the industry to the facilitators that addresses this.
I have a few other points to add about this and I don’t want to sound like I’m pulling only the positive points of other systems without recognizing the negative points, yet being that so many systems have been in place and for such a long period of time, I think we can get it right and my points could aid it.
A clear plan needs to be outlined with someone reading charts and tables, pros and cons, and an informative debate needs to be made with a clear vision. There is enough time to regroup and get this done this year and not to be rushed and to have people put in the corner on the issue without all the CLEAR facts. Open debates should be held with the public having easy access to make informed decisions and people should be thinking outside the box such as this letter. I have read the top 5 myths about the new reform and the stats on people polled regarding this debate. I would like to make a statement to the Democratic party as a whole that I am ashamed to see that they cannot debunk the death panel debate and strategically, they should look at and put resources into how to overcome this and future situations such as this. I’m sure they can get a good team of psychiatrists and marketing gurus to look at how their messages get drowned out by basic human emotions of fear and distrust. To add, the immigrant debate is a valid one but no one seems to be showing that who pays into the system only helps support the system in revenue, etc. and should get treatment accordingly. We can look at the Denver Olympics at those facts and it would actually be good for the system for allowing as many of those who can pay into it, do so; to include people with student visas and short term visas, etc. The new program should be run like a private system alleviating people’s fears of the government keeping tabs on them and regulating what they have and don’t have and maybe compare it to the postal system or collegiate education system.
In conclusion, thank you for taking the time to read this and would personally like to see how these above mentioned points would not work. I have solutions for some of the other internal problems plaguing the system but can’t remember them all at the time I’m writing this; however many of the new options are definitely headed in the right direction. I just felt compelled to offer my “.10¢” after seeing the reform offered getting slaughtered by the American public in the news and it seems more people are buying into the stats shown to them, therefore buying into some of the current falsehoods. By the way, if the right person reads this and finds it beneficial and would like to ask my opinion on other problems facing the system, please feel free to do so or debunk my points.
